The future of sports leadership is being built right now - and we’re looking for the next group of women ready to lead it.

Applications are officially open for the 2026-2027 W(omen) E(xecutives) ARE NEXT Cohort, a transformational leadership journey designed to accelerate women leaders across the sports industry. Through immersive sessions, executive coaching, applied leadership development, and direct engagement with industry executives and mentors, participants will deepen their leadership capabilities, strengthen their influence, and gain the tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. Grounded in neuroscience, organizational psychology, and real-world leadership application, W.E. Are Next is intentionally designed to help participants grow both personally and professionally.

More than a program, W.E. Are Next is part of a larger movement connected to Indiana Sports Corp’s 2050 Vision to establish Indiana as the global epicenter of sport and the women’s sports capital of the world. This initiative is focused on building a long-term leadership pipeline for women shaping the future of sports, business, innovation, and culture. Across eight immersive sessions and a collaborative cohort experience, participants will join a growing network of leaders committed to creating lasting impact in the industry.
