In 2023, Indiana Sports Corp partnered with Next Practice Partners to develop the next chapter of the sports strategy that has served the Indianapolis community over the past 45 years. The idea was to develop a 25-year statewide sports vision to evolve and grow our sports ecosystem as competition rises throughout the country. More than 100 stakeholders were interviewed across the nation, and Indiana residents were surveyed on their feedback of sports impact in the state. From this research came the 2050 Vision, its guiding principles, and the five pillars of focus.
