Ashley's background also includes four years as the Youth & Adult Sports Director at the YMCA on the southside of Indianapolis. She is a graduate of Indiana University and later earned her MBA from Ball State University.
Robyn Fuhrman - Director of Digital Partnerships

Robyn Fuhrman is in her fifth season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment and currently works as the Director of Digital Partnerships for the Indiana Fever and Indiana Pacers. She oversees digital marketing campaigns connected to our corporate sponsors and works collaboratively across departments to bring big ideas to life. Prior to her time at PS&E, Robyn built her career as a marketing strategist. She worked with partners at an email marketing agency and grew digital revenue in her role at an Indianapolis based radio station.
Robyn is a long-term Hoosier, a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana (B.A.) and is passionate about creating inclusive spaces within professional sports. She is a proud cat mom and resides with her husband on the southside of Indianapolis.
Shayna Sangster - Associate Vice President of Marketing

Shayna Sangster is in her eleventh season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment and currently works as the Associate Vice President of Marketing for the Indiana Fever. She oversees the Fever’s brand strategy, advertising and marketing campaigns, as well as fan engagement initiatives for the Indiana Pacers. While at PS&E, Sangster launched the viral Stranger Things jersey in partnership with Nike and Netflix, founded the organization's Women’s Network and has been a leader in building opportunities for women in sports through mentorship, local non-profits and programs such as the Marcus Graham Project. Prior to her time at PS&E, Shayna worked on the High-Performance team at USA Track & Field overseeing Coaching Education Programs, building strategy and managing events such as the Friends & Family Program for the 2012 Olympic Games.
Shayna is a Lansing, Michigan native, a graduate of Western Michigan University (B.A.) and Indiana University Indianapolis (MBA) and is on the Board of Women in Sports & Events, Thomas Gregg Neighborhood School and Versiti Blood Center. She is the Marketing lead for the 2025 WNBA All-Star Committee and was selected to the 2023 IBJ Forty under 40 list. She is also the Owner of Rise House Fitness Studio, a spin studio in downtown Indianapolis, where she resides.

Dianna Boyce - President

Dianna Boyce currently serves as a consultant for the WNBA All-Star 2025 Host Committee working on community engagement programming and legacy projects. As part of her work through Boyce Consulting LLC she is also assisting the Indy Ignite pro volleyball team during their inaugural season.
She most recently served as Vice President of NBA All-Star 2024, an international sports and entertainment event that was hosted in Indianapolis last year. Boyce strategically led the planning and implementation for All-Star marketing and communications, community engagement and fan activation as well as coordinated the board of directors, operations, host committee and legacy components.
Prior to NBA All-Star 2024, she was Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Finish Line where she worked as a member of the senior leadership team managing and directing strategic communication initiatives, media relations and public relations for employees, shareholders and the public. She also served as a senior staff member for the 2012 Indianapolis Super Bowl Host Committee leading all communications.
Boyce has also worked in various roles with Lumina Foundation, Southwest Gas Corporation (Nevada) and Methodist Hospital (currently IU Health). She also served the community in several roles with Mayor Stephen Goldsmith. Her community involvement includes volunteering with Indiana Sports Corporation and serving as a board member for Special Olympics of Indiana.
Boyce is a native of Indianapolis and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from DePauw University and her MBA from Indiana University. She and her husband live in Zionsville and have two adult daughters and a nine month old rescue pup.

A key part of her role is overseeing media operations for the DEX Imaging Media Center, ensuring a seamless experience for the more than 1,400 media members who cover marquee events like the Indianapolis 500. She thrives on creating meaningful connections—whether welcoming journalists from around the world, organizing VIP and celebrity experiences, or executing creative PR activations that amplify IMS and INDYCAR’s reach.
In addition to her work in media relations and event communications, Lauren leads the strategic communication efforts around Penske Entertainment’s sustainability initiatives, helping to shape and share the organization’s long-term commitment to environmental responsibility. She plays an integral role in driving awareness and engagement around sustainability at IMS and beyond.
Lauren is also committed to supporting and uplifting others in the industry. She serves on the board of WISE (Women in Sports & Events) Indy, where she leads the WISE Within mentorship program, fostering connections and opportunities for women in sports.
Megan Magiera - Art Director

Megan Magiera joined Indiana Sports Corp in March 2024 as Art Director. In her role, Magiera serves as a key member of the organization in concepting, developing, and maintaining the Indiana Sports Corp brand. She also manages and implements brands for external events hosted by Indiana Sports Corp.
Prior to her time at Indiana Sports Corp, Megan was a Senior Digital Designer at Lev. In this role, she provided art direction and designs for clients across all digital platforms while consulting on channel-specific strategies with a focus on visual tone, brand voice, and consistency.
Megan began her career with the Indianapolis Colts as a Graphic Designer and later with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a Designer on its Corporate Partnership team. She also spent time at Section 127 as a Graphic Designer where she worked on many design projects with clients that include NCAA, Big Ten, Indiana Pacers, and Newfields, among others.
A 2012 graduate of Indiana University, Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus in design and minored in sports communication.
Larra Overton - Executive Producer, Colts Productions

Larra Overton appears across Colts media platforms as host and reporter, while also serving as executive producer for Colts Productions. She joined the franchise in 2019 after seven years at Fox59 and CBS4.
Larra has been recognized with six Emmy Awards for her work as both a reporter and producer. In addition to her various roles with the Colts, Larra works as a track & field analyst and sideline reporter for ESPN, SEC Network and USA Track and Field.
A native of New Albany, Ind, Larra attended Indiana University, she was a captain on the Hoosiers’ track & field and cross country teams, competing in four NCAA Championships, earning Academic All-American honors and All-Big Ten honors. Larra and her husband, Dan, live in Indianapolis with their English Mastiff, Tugboat.

She manages and creates content for the Gainbridge Sport social media accounts surrounding their community and professional sporting events (most notably in motorsports, basketball, golf, and tennis). Before joining Group 1001, Kaylynnworked on the production team of various projects, including the local HGTV show Good Bones.
A Columbus, Ohio native, Kaylynn attended Butler University and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Digital Media Production. She currently lives in Carmel, Indiana and enjoys attending Pilates classes, game nights with her friends, and traveling wherever her job takes her next!
Hannah O’Brien - Social Media Manager, INDYCAR/INDY NXT

Hannah O’Brien began her career path in social media and digital media while attending Mercyhurst University with the New York native managing the Mercyhurst Athletic Department’s social media accounts and creating engaging digital content for her alma mater.
Building on her social media experience as an undergraduate, O’Brien also worked as a member of the Ridge College Digital Recruitment Team, assisting the organization with a social media transition and creating solutions to increase the school’s social media presence. Looking to continue her passion for social media in the sports industry, O’Brien served as the social media and graphics intern for the Syracuse Mets Baseball Club before moving away from the East Coast to the Midwest to work as a Marketing Project Coordinator for the Indianapolis Indians.
O’Brien joined the Andretti Global social media team in late 2023 as the INDYCAR Social Media Manager and has been leading the charge for the organization’s fresh approach to capturing the attention of fans new and old on social media ever since.
Lynnea Phillips - Director of Championships - Social Media

Lynnea Phillips rejoined the NCAA in February 2024 as the Director of Championships – Social Media. In her role, Phillips oversees the social and creative strategy of NCAA Championships.
Prior to her most recent position at the NCAA, Lynnea served Indiana University Athletics in various social media roles – most recently as the Assistant AD of Social and Digital Media. During her time at Indiana, Lynnea led the Hoosiers’ social media strategy and helped establish the Mark Cuban Center for Media and Technology, which boasts one of the best collegiate internship programs for sports creative media.
Phillips began her career in undergrad at CSU-Pueblo, where she worked for four years in her alma mater’s athletic department while being highly involved on campus. After graduation, spent a year at the national office as part of the NCAA Postgraduate Internship Program. Lynnea has also led the digital brand for the University of North Carolina – where was the athletic department’s first social media lead.

Missy Zielinski - Associate Director, Social Content

Missy is in her second season with Pacers Sports & Entertainment, where she serves as the Associate Director of Social Content. In this role, she leads the development of social media and digital campaigns for the NBA's Indiana Pacers and WNBA's Indiana Fever.
Before joining PS&E, Missy spent much of her career in the National Hockey League, working with the San Jose Sharks, Tampa Bay Lightning and Washington Capitals. She also helped bring college football to the Bay Area as part of the San Francisco 49ers Host Committee for the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship. Wanting a fresh perspective on social media, Missy later worked at Big Spaceship, a marketing agency, where she focused on their sports clients and gained experience in tech as part of Amazon's social media team in Seattle, Washington.
A proud graduate of Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Missy is an upstate New Yorker, who now calls California home. She is passionate about telling the stories of athletes, teams and fans through digital platforms, traveling and cooking.

Susan served as President of the 2022 College Football Playoff host committee, works with the NCAA DI Basketball staff on First and Second Rounds and the NIT, and was the senior vice president of the 2012 Super Bowl after working for Indiana Sports Corp for 25 years managing national and international events. Susan is a graduate of Indiana University.

Sarah Myer is Chief of Staff & Strategy at Indiana Sports Corp where she has served since April of 2019.
A Cleveland, Ohio native, Myer graduated from Butler University in 2006 with a BA in Journalism, Public Relations and a minor in Media Arts.
At Indiana Sports Corp, Myer provides strategic guidance and operational leadership to support the organization in fulfilling its mission of impacting the community through sports. Myer also most recently served as the Event Director of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Swimming event in 2024 at Lucas Oil Stadium. In addition, Myer was a producer of “Made for this Moment: An Indiana Sports Corp Story,” a documentary of the history of the sports strategy in Indianapolis and how it set up the community to host the 2021 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship.
Prior to her time at Indiana Sports Corp, Myer served as Vice President of Marketing for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. In this role, Myer managed the Marketing & Communications team while overseeing all marketing campaigns promoting 200+ concerts. Ticket sales increased 66% during Myer’s tenure.
Myer currently serves on the boards of Leadership Indianapolis and 2025 WNBA All-Star, in addition to teaching classes at numerous local YMCAs. She was awarded the 2020 United Way Community Ambassador Elevate Award, was part of the 2021 IBJ Forty Under 40 Class, and was named a 2024 IBJ Woman of Influence. Julie Roe Lach has been involved with college athletics for over 25 years. As Commissioner of the Horizon League, Julie oversees all League functions with special emphasis on strategic planning, membership, television, basketball strategies, championships, finances, and NCAA governance/compliance. Prior to joining the HL in 2014 as Deputy Commissioner, she worked at the NCAA for over 15 years, most recently serving as the vice president of enforcement from October 2010 to February 2013. After leaving the NCAA, Julie founded JRL Consulting which merged with CCHA Collegiate Consulting where Lach currently serves as Of Counsel with the CCHA Sports Law practice.
Lach earned her undergraduate degree from Millikin University where she was an All-American women’s basketball student-athlete and graduated summa cum laude also earning Academic All-American honors. Lach is a Trustee Emeritus after serving on Millikin’s Board of Trustees from 2001-2010. Lach attended the evening division of Indiana University McKinney School of Law, graduating cum laude. Renee Chube Washington - COO
USA Track & Field
Renee Chube Washington joined USA Track & Field as Chief Operating Officer in June 2012. She manages the organization’s record $40 million budget and 68-person national staff. As COO, she has helped propel USATF to historic success, including at the recent Paris 2024 Olympic Games, and realized substantial operational cost savings and efficiencies while adopting new business policies and practices.
Alongside the CEO, she develops and implements corporate strategy and direction. Washington has broad cross-enterprise oversight of all departments, including High Performance Programs, Events and Broadcast/Entertainment Properties, Merchandise, Legal, Revenue and Marketing, Communications, Grassroots Outreach and Youth, Finance and Revenue.
In addition to those duties, she has a key role in contract negotiations and vendor agreements; manages oversight of travel and transportation for staff, constituents, athletes; and with the CEO, manages logistics and preparation for meetings of the 17-member board of directors and acts as the primary contact with international and regional federations.
Moreover, Washington plays a pivotal role in making USATF the most diverse and inclusive National Governing Body in the U.S. Olympic Movement. It is the only NGB with a Black CEO, Black COO, and women in the CMO/CRO, CFO and CCO positions. By implementing hiring practices that value diversity and inclusion across all departments, levels, and backgrounds, USATF’s professional environment now better reflects and represents its athletes and community.
Under her leadership, USATF has successfully participated in four Olympic Games and eleven World Championships, awarded six U.S. Olympic Team Trials, secured the Oregon 2022 World Athletics Championships on US soil for the first time, launched the U.S. National 12K Road Race, hosted the meeting of the World Athletics (formerly IAAF) Council, and revamped the USATF Annual Meeting, which attracts more than 1,000 stakeholders in the sport each year.

Lesley Gordon is the VP of Public Relations and Chief Communications Officer at Black Onyx Management, a management consultancy firm with a community focus based in Indianapolis. Previously, Lesley led the Public Affairs team for IndyGo, Indianapolis’ mass transit provider. Gordon has spent the majority of her career in the public sector working for agencies such as the Department of Public Works, Indianapolis Parks Department, Indiana Civil Rights Commission, and the Attorney General’s office. Gordon has focused on finding strategic and grassroots communication efforts to inform the public of key initiatives for these essential agencies and implementing crisis communication strategies. Gordon was recently named 2023 Mass Transit’s 40 Under 40 and winner of the WTS (Women in Transportation Symposium) Innovative Transportation Solutions award winner. Pepper Robinson is a photographer specializing in sports photography, with a strong focus on basketball. She began her photography journey in 2016 and started shooting sports in 2018. That same year, she started working with NBA Photos and, by 2019, became a contracted photographer.
In addition to her work with the NBA, she also captures local teams, for programs like the sports teams at Indy PAL and the boys’ basketball team at Herron-Riverside High School, bringing the same energy and passion to sports at all levels. Andrea is the founder and lead creator of 12 Cuts Apparel. 12 Cuts Apparel was started in 2022 as a way to create artistically-driven designs for one-of-a-kind garments to celebrate athletes’ collegiate and professional journeys. 12 Cuts pieces have been featured at events around the world, representing professional and collegiate athletes in the NCAA, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, MLB, and many more.
Through 12 Cuts Apparel, Andrea combines her passions and expertise in graphic design and athletics. She played professional volleyball in the Philippines following a successful collegiate volleyball career at The Ohio State University. As luck would have it, she married a Michigan Wolverine who, after six seasons in the NFL, has established a career in IndyCar.
Prior to 12 Cuts, Andrea developed Maker Creative Company, a digital branding business which used graphic design to help Instagram-based businesses establish their own digital brand presence and go on to sell five and six-figure generating products.
Andrea lives in Fishers, Indiana with her husband and three children.
Levi Lennard - Graphic Designer

Levi Lennard is currently a graphic designer for the Indianapolis Indians with a focus on marketing, merchandise, and brand design. Levi graduated from Mississippi College in 2023, where she gained five years of experience in apparel and college athletic design. In her free time, Levi works as a freelance designer for a number of brands and enjoys spending time in the Mass Ave neighborhood of downtown Indianapolis.
Shaunt’e Lewis
Illustrator, Designer, Fiber Artist
Shaunt’e Lewis is an illustrator, designer, and fiber artist based in Indianapolis, known for her bold colors, clean lines, and empowering depictions of women. Through Shaunt’e Lewis Art (SLA Studio),she creates vibrant illustrations, murals, and punch needle artworks that inspire and uplift.
Her artistic journey reignited in 2020 after a 15-year career as a hairstylist. Since transitioning to art full-time in 2021, she has collaborated with West Elm, Makers Mark, Cricket Wireless, the Pacers, and the Indy 500, among others, and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times and Complex Magazine.
In 2024, she received the Breakthrough Women Award for her contributions to Arts and Culture. Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Shaunt’e now calls Indianapolis home, using her work to inspire and empower through vibrant storytelling.
