INDIANAPOLIS - The NCAA announced the selection of 36 institutions vying to compete for a national title at the NCAA Divisions I, II and III Rowing Championships. The championships take place May 31 - June 2 at Eagle Creek Park. Indiana University serves as the NCAA host institution for the championships in conjunction with Indiana Sports Corp and the Indianapolis Rowing Center.
Twenty-two Division I institutions were selected to compete in the championships field. Teams qualifying for the championships are required to field two boats of eight rowers and one boat of four rowers. In 2018, California claimed its fourth rowing national title at the NCAA Division I Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida. The 2019 championships teams include: Brown; California; Duke; Harvard; Indiana; Iowa; Ohio State; Rutgers; Stanford; Wisconsin; Yale; UCF; Rhode Island; Virginia; Texas; Michigan; Northeastern; Marist; Princeton; Washington; Navy; and Gonzaga.
Division II championships are comprised of six teams and each team is required to field one boat of eight rowers and one boat of four rowers. The institutions selected were: University of California, San Diego; University of Central Oklahoma; Florida Institute of Technology; Seattle Pacific University; Thomas Jefferson University; and Western Washington University. In 2018, Central Oklahoma captured its first national title at the NCAA Division II Women’s Rowing Championships held in Sarasota, Florida.
The championships for Division III consist of eight teams and each team is required to field two boats of eight rowers. In 2018, Bates captured its second-straight and third national title in four years at the NCAA Division III Rowing Championships in Sarasota, Florida. Bates put together victories in both the Grand Finals for the national title. Division III is represented by the following schools in 2019: Ithaca; Washington College; Bates; Worcester Polytechnic Institute; Hamilton; Pacific Lutheran; Wellesley; and Wesleyan (Connecticut).

All-session adult tickets are available for $43. Student, senior citizen and military all-session tickets can be purchased for $28. Single-session adult tickets can be purchased for $17. Student, senior citizen and military single-session tickets are $12.
